Do you know what your biggest strengths are? Our new workshop utilizes the CliftonStrengths assessment to help you discover what you naturally do best, where you have the most potential, and how to develop your greatest talents into leadership strengths.
Leading With CliftonStrengths workshops are 90-minute sessions open to all students that explore strengths-based development. We will provide an overview of the CliftonStrengths assessment and explore how strengths can serve as an effective foundation for professional and personal leadership development. Participants will be actively engaged in self-reflection and small group discussions, as well as brainstorming around tactics for best supporting themselves and others in leadership and professional growth. All participants will receive their full 34 CliftonStrengths reports
