Assistant Director, Leadership Development
Biography
As a native Texan, Shane Boswell serves as an assistant director. Joining the Jones Center Staff in fall of 2022, Shane provides leadership and support for CliftonStrengths, W. Timothy Rogers Student Leadership Travel Fund, the Volunteer Impact Program, and the development of future student leadership development educational opportunities.
Holding multiple degrees in education, Shane is gifted in aiding students to find their place of belonging and being proud of the gifts they hold. With a background in faith-based institutions, Shane believes every student matters and desires to do whatever it takes to allow them to step into their leadership potential and become and active change maker, both at the University of Tennessee and the world.
